Based on requests from the community, we are excited to announce a downloadable version of our 30 Days of Yoga series!

This Edition features:

30 Downloadable Videos - These videos have been optimized to work on your phone, tablet or laptop so you can take them with you and not have to worry about a fast internet connection. This way you can practice anywhere and make sure you get your yoga in each day, no matter what!

This Downloadable version is a direct response to requests from the community so there is no set fee - it is offered on a donation basis.
